The 90's Urban-City Look...

Hi, im the other writer on this blog! Now... I live in London and come across some very unusual attire, some great, some not so much lol. However a trend that really seems to be 'in fashion' right now is the 'urban-boyish' look. Yes, even on females. For those of you thinking ' I could never pull off this look like Rihanna, Teyana Taylor or Cassie does'... you are SO wrong haha! All you need are a pair of classic trainers, for example, Adidas Superstar II's, or Air Jordan Retro 7's... or even just a pair of slam dunks! 

These kicks, whether paired with a mono print t-shirt and some leggings, boyfriend fitted tracksuit bottoms and an oversized denim jacket or even a knot- dress or skirt like Rih Rih does.. You are sure to pull of this look! You just need to add the secret ingredient to the recipe which is......... ACCESSORIES! Chunky gold accessories generally go well with these kind of outfits. Whether they're gold earrings or a gold chain, its sure to be the icing on the cake!

Now ladies... I understand this look can come across as a little TOO boyish for some, which is why i suggest adding a little bit of glamour by introducing a slight heel. Obvioulsy not a high heeled shoe, but heeled sneaker! These kicks are ideal for those of you that need to add an inch or two to your height. Check our earlier posts to see what these look like.
